Everyday is the same
Monday to Sunday
Fifty-two weeks of the year
Modern civilisation may have moved on
Updating hardware from the good old days
Of crucifixions, stoning, lynchings
And the French revolutionary guillotine
That makes today's political correctness
Look inhumane by comparison
In a time when
Every man, woman and child
Have the right to speak freely
Only to find That Jesus Christ
Was freer than we are today
Just something to think about
